Be advised these instructions vary based on phone manufacturer
Open settings and then accounts
Click add account and choose Exchange or if you use outlook choose outlook
Enter your email address and continue
If it askes choose manual setup, not automatic
Server= Mailserver.qbitz.com
If your username is your email just type it in, if not it would be qbitz\username
Enter password and click finish
Open your email app Gmail / Outlook and begin using your email

Click settings and then passwords and accounts
Add Account and choose exchange
Fill in the boxes with email address and password if asked
Choose setup manually
Server=Mailserver.qbitz.com
Enter your username
Domain= qbitz
Enter your password and click next, you should see green check marks
Choose the items you wish to sync with the server and click finish
Open the mail app and begin using your email
